GOOD TO KNOW
1) Membership is not automatic
Your registration is sent to us admins, where we will check if you are
authorized to drive our vehicle
2) Only the person to whom the registration is bound may drive the vehicle
If you violate this rule, you are responsible for all damages caused in full and
we are entitled to charge you a contractual penalty in the amount of 10,000
CZK.
3) Notify us of any changes
If your account information has undergone any changes, please let us know so
that we can adjust your insurance accordingly.
4) Check the vehicle before renting
After registration, you are already fully responsible for the vehicle and any
defects it may have, so always make sure that the vehicle doesn’t have any
issues and if so, report it to us immediately.
5) Prohibition of interference
If there is a problem somewhere, do not try to fix it yourself, but report it to our
specialized experts. In case of violation, we will charge you a fine of CZK
5,000
6) Do not drive until the battery is completely depleted
It is necessary to always keep a little extra battery charge. With a scooter and a
chopper you can ride up to 20%, after that the battery capacity starts to get
damaged. In case of violation, we may charge you a fine of CZK 1,000
7) Park only in our "IGNIT" zone
You must always return our vehicle back to our parking zone, which is listed in
the mobile application. You can park in the blue and purple zone for residents.
In case of this violation, we will charge you a fine of CZK 1,000
8) Prohibition of parking in places where there is no signal
If you park the vehicle somewhere where there is no signal, such as
underground garages or other places, we will assume that it is lost. In this
case, we are entitled to charge you a contractual penalty in the amount of CZK
10,000 and also to charge the costs incurred for finding the vehicle.
